I opened my agency in 2019 after spending four years working for a State Farm agent, an experience that inspired me to build a place where customers feel supported and team members feel valued.

Our office now includes eight team members, and my wife (who works alongside me) helps keep our agency running like the close-knit, family-centered environment we’re proud of. We’re active in our community through our church and by supporting groups such as Helping Hands foster organization and the Feed My Sheep food pantry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shaffin Wegener - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
